Easter Feast Lunch Menu

Starter

Ham hock and leek terrine, pickle mustard, watercress salad

Pea and mint volute, parmesan cracker, pea shoots

Crayfish cocktail, gem lettuce, spiced Marie rose sauce

Mains

Roasted beef, Yorkshire pudding, duck fat roasted potato, red wine jus

Cotswold roast white chicken, garlic roasted Jersey Royals, thyme jus

Pan fried Pollock fillet, green beans, and cannellini beans rague, mussel sauce

Beetroot and ricotta ravioli, sage emulsion and pine kernels

All the main dishes will be served with seasonal selection vegetables
